Sumpraxis Opens Office in China to Provide Offshore CAD/CAE Services to Small & Mid-Sized Manufacturers

DELRAY BEACH, FL (April 4, 2006) — Sumpraxis LLC, a provider of offshoring services to small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the opening of a wholly owned office in Shenyang, China, that provides CAD/CAE services such as 2D-to-3D file conversion, FEA and design for manufacturers worldwide. The services lower costs and reduce cycle times while also offering proximity and language benefits for manufacturers that are outsourcing production to Chinese factories.

Sumpraxis developers in China have particular expertise in SolidWorks, Cosmos and Catia. For companies using offshore manufacturing services, documentation can be supplied in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and/or English as needed to ensure full comprehension by the factory workers who use the drawings to build end products.

U.S.-based Sumpraxis personnel identify processes to be outsourced, put the plan in place, and interface with overseas project managers on each engagement. Work is supervised by Sumpraxis managers on-site in China.
