- Contacting and communicating with candidates through phone calls and e-mails
- Short-listing candidates based on technical skills, location and rates
- Filling Vendor Management Systems pipelines with resumes of qualified candidates
- Conducting technical skills screening interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Formatting resumes tailored to the client’s corporate branding or specification
- Submitting formatted resumes to clients or the client’s customers
