The end client is a leading multinational publisher and information services company. They are a leading provider of research products and software solutions in key specialty areas for legal and business professionals, as well as casebooks and study aids for law students.

Product Overview:
The product suite has a full set of tools to develop content collaboratively, adding tracking and reporting assessment tools as needed.

The product Build, Deliver and Analyze components are both flexible and strong enough to meet the needs of courseware developers, instructional designers and global corporations.

Project Overview:
Company B works extensively on project publishing, developing casebooks and study aids. To accomplish their objective they need to develop flash presentations. This activity was being carried out by Company B at a very slow pace than desired with high costs. Company B purchased the courseware from Company A to carry out these tasks. While the tool helped provide a technical solution, but the total solution was at best semiautomated. They lacked skilled human resource to execute the tasks. Company B therefore contacted Company A to request for building courses / developing presentations on LMS platform to reduce their cost on human
capital as well as time.

Client Situation:
Company B was tight on resources and time to develop these presentations, which created a back log. Company A provided a part solution to Company B in terms of their product. However, Company A was unable to provide the assistance to its client to prepare the courses. Company A’s business model is really to sell their technology and products and not the services. They also
did not want to invest in services business and remain focused on developing newer products. Sumpraxis was contacted by Company A to provide services to end clients such as Company B. The goal for Sumpraxis was to produce quality flash presentations using the particular courseware tool within the desired timeline and cost structure.

Sumpraxis Solution:
Sumpraxis engaged with Company A first by studying and understanding the courseware. Sumpraxis’s highly proficient i-Media Team developed the flash presentations based on the client expectations. Sumpraxis played the role of a service provider in a manner that the time and effort put into this development provided the required bottom line to the client both in terms of cost and quality.

Sumpraxis Project Tasks:
• Course development
• Building the presentations
• QA Testing and Fixing
